Avoid the risks of undelivered email. No one likes getting junk (or spam) email. However, due to restrictive spam filters, you may not receive important email notices from Home Study Solutions regarding your account or requested notifications of license expirations or required continuing education.
To Ensure that You Receive Important Emails from Us:
 Do not use the "spam"," bulk" or "junk email" buttons to delete vital messages from us. If this happens too often, your mail service may decide all Home Study Solutions emails are indeed spam and you will not receive them. Check your "bulk" or "junk" folder regularly for important emails from us. If you find a message from us in that folder, be sure to classify it as "not spam" of "not junk".

In email clients such as Hotmail or Yahoo be sure to add becky@homestudysolutions.com to your contact list or safe list in the same manner.
