How do I order a home study course ?
It's simple!! Select the course of interest from the course library and select one of the following versions:
Online/Download -
Online course will be immediately available. You will be able to
access the course (PDF format) and
save it to your home computer. You will be able to either submit
answers online, fax or mail in your answer sheet
anytime 24/7.
Textbook - Textbooks will be
received within 7-10 business days
then once complete you can submit your answers online, by
fax or mail.

How can I access previous courses completed?
When you first registered, you were asked for your name and home phone number this was are original way of logging in. Now for security of your account we have added passwords for your protection. If you do not have a password you can have one emailed to you. These are necessary to re-access your account online. You will be able to see courses previously ordered and any orders not satisfactorily completed. You can continue a course or retake your examination in this area. Use the "Account Login" hyperlink on the home page or on the side or bottom navigation bar. All ordered courses will be available via this method until they are completed and show a passing grade.

What if I get disconnected while ordering or taking a course?
First go to "Account Login" on our home page to see if your order was processed. If you do not see your current order then go to the medical or dental course library and re-order.
If you were in the middle of taking a course and got disconnected, go to the "Account Login" link on the homepage. Here you will be able to continue to take your online course or download an ordered course. You will be able to re-access your courses until you receive a passing grade and the course current status shows the word "pass".

What if I've completed and passed an online course but haven't received my certificate?
You can now print your own certificate via the "Account Log-In" link. Just log into your account using your email and password. Next to the course certificate needed, select the print button. If you do not have a printer, please contact us via e-mail info@homestudysolutions.com or by phone 1-877-547-8933 and we'll gladly resend your certificates by standard mail or email.
Occasionally certificates are categorized as 'spam' by Internet providers when being sent via email since our server sends so many certificates out at one time. For AOL users, please check your spam folder and drag and drop the message into your inbox. You may also wish to add our address to your address book info@homestudysolutions.com) to avoid this problem.

After hours you may leave a message with a return daytime phone number and we will return your call the next business day. Or you may e-mail us 24/7 at info@homestudysolutions.com and we will reply the next business day.

How often do you review or update CE courses and add NEW courses?
Add our website to your favorite places and check back with us for new and updated courses. Home Study Solutions adds 2-3 courses each year and continues to strive for new and interesting relevant topics.
Home Study Solutions generally reviews or updates all CE courses every 2 years (not to exceed 3 years from date of last review) to assure each courses content is up-to-date, relevant and meets our long term education goals. Periodic reviews are conducted by the HSS advisory committee. CE courses expire 2 years from date of the last review or update.

What is CE Broker?
CE Broker, underwritten by the Florida Department of Health, is an online system that facilitates the renewal of Dental and Dental Hygiene licenses. All Florida, Tennessee, and Michigan State approved continuing education (CE) providers, such as Home Study Solutions, are required to submit CE credits for Florida licensees.
Home Study Solutions will submit your course credits to CE Broker within 30 days of successful course completion.*
While a subscription to CE Broker (www.cebroker.com ) is optional for licensees, subscribing to CE Broker offers a number of benefits, including the ability to check the status of CE requirements and it means automatic exemption from manual CE audit of your credits.

What is the expiration date or how long before I have to complete the courses I order today?
All courses expire two years from the date of purchase. If you have not completed a course within 2 years, you must re-order the non-completed course. Since all courses are periodically updated, HSS wants to assure you have the most up to date version.
